The devices used for output information from computer. Output unit works just in reverse manner that input unit such as printed form by printer, graphic form, plotter, audio sound form etc. Mainly output devices divide in to two factor.
A) Hard copy devices
The devices produce a permanently record on media such as paper sheet or paper tape.

1) Printers
Printers are output devices to produce output on paper. The printer is a output device that accepts text, image. graphic output from CPU and transfers this information to a paper. Printer comes different size and model.

B)Soft copy devices
The devices produce a temporary result on media by incorporating a hard copy devices e.g. speaker monitor etc.
1) Monitors:
commonly monitor knows as Visual Display Unit (VDU). It is the main output device of a computer system. It's forms images from tiny dots that is called pixels. Pixels are arranged in a rectangular form. The quality of image depend on the number of pixels. know more click here
2) Projectors:
Projectors are output devices that project a computer-created Material. It connect computer throw the VGA cable. The computer sends the image data to its video card then video card sends the video image to the projector. The video image or texts which from computer display on front object. They are used for presentations or viewing videos.
3) Audio or sound play:
Computers produce audio data to output devices such as speakers and headphones to deliver the sound to us. The audio card which is inside of the computer translates the data into audio signals, which are sent to the audio output device like speakers and headphones etc.
4) VDU
VDU stand for Visual Display Unit. VDU( Visual Display Unit) is most commonly used to output display. VDU displays images generated by a computer and other electronic device like computer monitor. We can say it is another type of display such as digital projector. Visual display units is peripheral devices of computer. Early days VDUs were available primarily cathode ray tube (CRT) displays. But now it growth in Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), Light-Emitting Diode (LED) and plasma technology. Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), Light-Emitting Diode (LED) and plasma technology large screens is much more cost effective than (CRT). Early days it is sometimes referred to as a video display terminal, or VDT.
