Basic terms of word processing

Title Bar:
Display the name of the program, the name of the currently active word document, the control menu icon, the maximize button the minimizes button and the restore and close buttons.
Menu Bar:
It is positioned bellow the title bar. It's contain or option like file, edit, view and format. Each for these menu bar items has dropdown menus.
Tool Bar:
A set of icons to format different tasks is called tool bar. Tool bar allow you to organize the commands in word the way you want so you can find and use them quickly. Following are the some tool bar available in ms word.
1. Standard tool bar 2. Formatting tool bar 3. Drawing tool bar 3. Picture tool bar
Ruler Bar:
Allow the user to format the vertical assignment of text in a documents.
Status Bar:
Displays information about the active document of task on which the user currently working. These include page number, the column and line number on which the cursor positioned and so on.
Scroll Bar:
It helps to Scroll the contents of a documents. The word document windows consists of two scroll bar. They are 1) Vertical Scroll bar and 2) horizontal Scroll bar.
Work space:
It is the area in the documents window where the user can type the text of the documents.
View Bar:
It displayed below the workspace. Generally five types of views are available in ms word.
 1. Normal View 2. Web layout View 3. Print layout view 4. Outline view 5.

In windows 10 there is also file menu which has Home tab, Insert tab, Page layout tab, Reference tab, Review tab, View tab
