Minimize Ribbon

Minimize Ribbon or hide ribbon

Click Customize Quick AccessToolbar.
Window popup the new window
In the left side of list, check the Minimize the Ribbon button.

If you want to show the ribbon you can follow the following steep.
1. Click Customize Quick Access Toolbar.
2. Then unchecked Minimize the Ribbon button
3. if you want to show ribbon checked Minimize the Ribbon link.

Quick hide or show Ribbon in windows office 7.
  • If you want quickly show or hide the Ribbon, 
  • double-click the name of the active tab. 
  • Double-click again active tab to restore the Ribbon.
  • To minimize or restore the Ribbon, press Shortcut key CTRL+F1.

windows 10 or other new version.
  • If ribbon is already show right click in blank space of ribbon. 
  • choose collapse the ribbon. The windows hide the ribbon.
  • If Ribbon is not show, 
  • Click on menu
  • Right click blank space of ribbon. 
  • Uncheck collapse the ribbon. windows show the ribbon.
