Copy, Cut and Pest

Copy the text, line or paragraph do following process:

    Select the text, line or paragraph which you want to copy.

    Click the Copy option which located under the Home tab.

    Click on new position where you want to replace text, line or paragraph.

    Click on Paste button from the Clipboard group under the Home tab.

Or

You can use Ctrl+c short key on keyboard to copy the text, line or paragraph and Ctrl+v to paste.

Cut the text, line or paragraph do following process:

    Select the text, line or paragraph.

    Click the Cut option which located under the Home tab.

    Click on new position where you want to replace text, line or paragraph.

    Click on Paste button from the Clipboard group under the Home tab.

Or

You can use Ctrl+X short key on keyboard to cut the text, line or paragraph and Ctrl+v to paste.

Note: we can do same process in MS office 2010 or new version.
