Add command to the Quick Access Toolbar

You can add a command to the Quick Access Toolbar from a Program Name Options dialog box, where Program Name is the name of the program, for example, Word Options.

Follow the following steps:

§  click on Microsoft Office Button

§  and then click Program Name Options , which is last of the office button.

§  Click Customize

§  Choose the command button from the list

§  Click on add button

§  After you finish adding any other command that you want, click OK.
