Add command to the Quick Access Toolbar from the Ribbon

You can also add a command to the Access Toolbar directly. This displayed on the Ribbon. For this action,

1. Click the appropriate tab or group to display the command that you want to add to the Quick Access Toolbar from ribbon.

2. Right-click the command

3. Then click Add to Quick Access Toolbar on the shortcut menu.
