Adding and removing printers
If you do not install printer in your computer and do not have any printer driver software, you can follow these steps.
1. At first connect the printer with your computer properly then Power on both the PC and the printer.
In Windows 7 and Vista.
1) click Start
2) Choose and click control panel
3) Click Devices and Printers
4) Click Add a printer.
5) Click Add a local printer Windows:
6) Click Add a local printer
7) Select existing port and choose your printer port from the drop-down list.
Click Next.
8) Select your printer manufacturer and model from left side and right side lists.
9) In the end of next process click finish.
Note: If you have printer driver CD or DVD or If your model is not listed and your system is connected to the Internet and do above process.
If you cannot connect your internet or you have printer driver CD or DVD follow the following process.
1) Insert printer driver CD or DVD in DVD RW driver.
2) Open My computer and click CD or DVD RW driver.
3) Double click on setup, if you have downloaded printer driver software double click on it.
4) Click next and next
5) Click Print a test page to confirm a successful installation. Click Finish.
If your printer is connected wirelessly or over a network, follow the following process.
1) click Add a network, wireless or Bluetooth printer.
2) Select the printer you would like to install from the list. Click Next.
3) If prompted, click Install driver. Click Next.
4) Click print a test page to confirm a successful installation. Click Finish.
Note: Now your new printer has been installed, if you wish to make this your default printer, go to Start > Devices and Printers, right click on which you want to make default printer and select Set as default printer.
Windows 10
If you do not install printer in your computer and do not have any printer driver software, you can follow these steps.
1) click start menu
2) Click setting Icon
3) Click Printers and Scanners
4) Click Add a Printers and Scanners
5) If Windows can’t find your connected printer, click on "The printer that I want isn't listed" link
6) Choose Add a local Printer or Network with Manual setting. If your printer is connected wirelessly or over a network, Choose Add Bluetooth, wireless or network describable printer process
7) Click Next and Next.
8) Select your printer manufacturer and model from left side and right side lists.
9) Click Next and Next
Then Click finish
Note: If you have printer driver CD or DVD or If your model is not listed and your system is connected to the Internet and do above process.

2) Open My computer and click CD or DVD RW driver or downloaded software.
3) if you have downloaded software double click on it and if you have CD or DVD printer driver Double click on setup
4) Click next and next
5) Click Print a test page to confirm a successful installation. Click Finish.
Now your new printer has been installed, if you wish to make this your default printer
1) go to Start
2) click setting icon
3) click on Devices
4) choose Printer and Scanners
5) click on Printer which you want to make default.
6) click manage and
7) click set as default.
Uninstall Printer: Windows
In Windows 7,
1) go to start
2) control panel
3) In Program link click on Uninstall a program
4) choose printer which you want uninstall and follow windows steps. click Remove device.
In Vista
1) click Start
2) Control Panel
3) Hardware and Sound, Printers.
4) click Delete.
In Windows 10
1) go to start
2) Click setting icon
3) click on Devices
4) choose Printer and Scanners
5) click remove device.
