Opening and closing documents

Opening documents
In windows 7 and older operating system
Go to start
Click on all programs
Choose and click Microsoft office
Choose Microsoft office word 2007 in office 7 
-or-
select office word xp in office xp and Click on it.
Window open new word document
—Next method—
Go to start menu
Click on 'search program and file' for windows 7
Types win word and press enter
—Next method—
Go to start
Click on run
Then types winword and press enter
—Next method—
Go to start
Types the word 'Run' in search bar and press enter which is in start menu.
Then types win word and press enter

Opening documents
In windows 10
Go to start
Choose Microsoft office which you install in window.
Choose and click Microsoft word version.
Window open new word document
—Next method—
Click on 'type here to search
Types word and press enter
—Next method—
Go to start
Click on run
Then types winword and press enter

There are same way to Close documents all doc.
To close the documents simply you can click close button
which is right top -left. or
Press alt+f4 then window suggest that do you want to save the changes to?
If you want to save the document click “yes” or "save" button, if you do not want to save click on “No” or "don't save" if you want cancel then click on "cancel" button.

Open file menu in xp and in office 2007 open office button select close button which stay in top right side.
Then click on exit or close.
when you close new document Windows popup a new window and ask us do you want to save the changes to? if you want save current document you must click on 'save' button if you do not want save click on 'Don't save'. if you want cancel then click cancel button.
