Print preview

Print preview is displays on the screen what a hard copy would look like. when printed. We can find any error by using print preview and fix fix the layout before printing. 

To use print preview feature, Follow the following steps.

First click the print preview icon on the toolbar, 

Or 

click File and choose the Print Preview option.

Print preview shortcut keys

Press ctrl+F2 same time. Window show print preview of the document you're currently viewing.

Print preview for other programs

There are no shortcut key for the print preview feature other many programs. However, you can press alt+F to open the file menu and press V or R or the other underlined character.
