Spelling checking

Microsoft Office is intelligent program. it has own dictionary. It helps us to check spellings. If write in your document, it generates underlined with a red wavy line. Don’t worry, computer system will help us to correction them. 

If you want to correction any mistake spelling marked with red line.

• Right-click on the incorrect word which marked with red wavy line.
  
• Computer open a popup menu.
• Then popup menu shows alternate corrections for that misspelled word. 
• Then left-click the correct spelling. It replaces the incorrect word.
